All our products are made just for you — no sitting in a warehouse gathering dust.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days. Every item is printed, packed, and prepped with care.

  • Shipping time: Depends on your location. Domestic shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. International shipping may take 10–20 business days.

Yes, your Sarcasm Society Tee is traveling faster than your Wi-Fi… but slower than your Monday morning coffee.

We’ll send you a tracking number once your order ships so you can stalk it responsibly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made on demand:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

  • If your item arrives damaged, faded, or otherwise not quite right, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ashersteele.com.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the item — this helps us fix the problem faster than you can overthink a Zoom call.

Note: Customized items, or items made to order exactly as purchased, cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously, but sometimes mistakes happen:

  • If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, don’t panic.

  • Email support@ashersteele.com with your order number and a photo.

  • We’ll ship a replacement as quickly as our POD partner allows.

International Shipping Notes

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply depending on your country.

  • Delivery times vary and may be delayed by external factors like holidays or pandemics (we’re not magicians… unfortunately).

 

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order is in production, we cannot cancel it — the printers are already hard at work.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Shipping promotions are displayed on the checkout page when available.

  • How can I track my order?
    You’ll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
